Tehran (IP): The Iranian Petroleum Minister said that the issue of the Iranian oil tanker that was seized in Indonesian waters is being followed up.

Iran PressIran News: On the sidelines of a meeting with members of the Iranian Petroleum Industries Equipment Manufacturers Association, Iranian Petroleum Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh told reporters that the tanker was carrying Iranian oil and the situation is being followed up.

He also noted: "We have always welcomed the presence of foreign companies in the Iranian oil industry."

Zanganeh, noting that the presence of foreigners in Iran's oil industry is to strengthen capabilities and meet needs, said: "Iranian capacity is among the national wealth of the country."

"More important than oil is the human capacity of this industry, with which we have stood on our own feet in the most difficult conditions," the Iranian Petroleum Minister added.
