Iran Press/ Iran news: Mehdi Asgari, Alborz province's MP, became the chairman of the faction, and Lotfollah Siahkoli, representing Qazvin province elected as vice-chairman.
Also, Mehdi Toghyani, representing Isfahan, and Mehdi Sharifian, representing Tehran, became the first and second secretaries, respectively.
Ruhollah Izadkhah, representing Tehran, became the spokesman for the faction.
Also, On the martyrdom anniversary of Lt. Gen. Soleimani and the 40th day of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh's assassination, Iranian MPs have prepared a bill entitled "Reciprocal action against the US, the main perpetrator of General Soleimani assassination.
The bill was received by the presiding board of the Islamic Consultative Assembly on Wednesday, December 29, to be referred to the parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission for expert review.
Lt. General Qasem Soleimani, commander of the IRGC's Quds Force, and Jamal Ja'far Muhammad Ali Al Ibrahim known as Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, deputy head of the Iraqi People's Basij (Al-Hashd al-Shabi), and their companions were killed on January 3, 2020, in an airstrike by US terrorist forces at Baghdad airport in Iraq.
