Iran Press/ Iran News: In a Friday tweet, Iran's Foreign Ministry wrote: "By committing a craven act of terror against Gen. Soleimani, the US violated int'l law & the UN Charter in a blatant violation of Iraqi sovereignty."
Announcing that the US' assassination of General Soleimani is a full show of the US' lawlessness, the Iranian Foreign Ministry stressed Iran will not rest until bringing those responsible for the assassination of Lt. Gen. Soleimani to justice.
Lt. General Qasem Soleimani, who traveled to Iraq on January 3 at the official invitation of Iraqi officials, was assassinated along with Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis and eight others in an airstrike by the US aggressors and terrorists near Baghdad Airport in Iraq.
