Al-Amiri: Victory over ISIS indebted to Soleimani, Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis

The Head of Fatah Alliance in Iraq said on Sunday that if it weren’t the sacrifices made by Lt. General Ghassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis and their companions the victory over the ISIS terrorist outfit would not have been achieved.

Iran PressMiddle East: Hadi al-Amiri, the head of the Al-Fatah Alliance in Iraq, said that the great jihad of 'Qasem Soleimani' and 'Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis' intimidated the arrogant government and its creature the ISIS and robbed them of sleep.

Al-Amiri also called on the Iraqi government on Thursday to live up to its promise to make the US withdraw troops from the country.

On January 3, 2020, the US terrorist government martyred Lt. General Qasem Soleimani, the former commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps, Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the deputy head of the PMU popular mobilization, and a number of their companions near Baghdad airport.

Following the crime, the Iraqi parliament on January 5 approved a plan to withdraw US troops from Iraq.
