Aran and Bidgol (IP) - The head of the Industry, Mining and Trade Department of Aran and Bidgol, Isfahan Province, said that the exports of non-oil goods in the first 9 months of this year (Persian calendar starting from March 21) have increased by 30% compared to the same period last year.

Iran Press/Iran News: Amir-Abbas Shakeri said on Sunday: "132,600,000 dollars of goods have been exported from the city to several countries in the first 9 months of this year."

He noted that the weight of these goods was nearly 262,000 tons, of which rebar and machine-woven carpet had the largest share of exports, 75%, and 20%, respectively, and other goods were 5%.

Shakeri said that more of these were exported to Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the UAE, adding: "About 60 million square meters of machine-woven carpets and kilims were produced in the city last year."
