Iran's Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade said that there is a need to increase Iran, Turkey's economic exchanges.

Iran Press/Iran News: In a telephone conversation with Turkish Minister of Trade Ruhsar Pekcan on Wednesday evening Iran's Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade Alireza Razm Hosseini, referred to the decrease in trade between the two countries due to the global COVID-19 outbreak and stressed the need to increase trade and joint economic cooperation between Iran and Turkey. 

Stating that Turkey does not have the goods needed by Iran, Razm Hosseini referred to Iran's financial resources in Turkey's banks and noted Turkey was supposed to find a way to supply the goods requested by Iran.

Prior to the outbreak, Iran and Turkey had about $ 10 billion annual trade, which has now fallen below $ 3 billion due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but will increase again, he pointed.
