Iran Press/Asia: North Korean leader Kim Jong Un also thanked DPRK citizens for "zero" cases of COVID-19 and even shed tears over soldiers' hard work on recent flood recovery projects.
Addressing the nation in a rare speech aired on state television Saturday night, Kim exuded a soft exterior while striking a balance between boasts and honest apologies to the people.
He also said that he wishes South Korea a quick recovery over COVID-19 and that he hopes the North and South can "hold hands" sometime in the near future.
