The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan accused France of not being neutral in mediating the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Iran Press/Asia: "France has violated the principle of neutrality, while the Azeri side has not noticed such violations by Russia," Jeyhun Bayramov told at a news conference on Saturday.

Baku has accused Paris while the French Foreign Ministry on Saturday insisted on creating conditions for lasting peace and welcoming the establishment of a ceasefire between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Armenia in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.

Yerevan and Baku agreed to establish a ceasefire at 12 noon on Saturday after a 14-day conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh at a Moscow summit attended by the foreign ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia.

The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia to establish a ceasefire lasted 10 hours. After the ceasefire, the two countries accused each other of violating it.
