Iran Press/ Iran News: Attending a press conference on Tuesday morning, Kargar clarified the planned schedule to honor holy defense week.
He went on to say that the 40th anniversary of holy defense has started 3 months ago in 43 weeks and will continue till the next six months.
"505 headquarters have been formed in various parts of the country and 1,061 programs are running right now," Kargar added.
"Organizations and ministries in 31 provinces are running 2,918 programs," he noted.
He highlighted that IRIB broadcasts 21,813 programs in the 40th anniversary of the holy defense.
According to Kargar, one million veteran holy shrine defenders will be honored in the coming week.
He stressed that eight holy defense museums will be inaugurated, and 54 projects including war issues will be unveiled and 14 of them will be finished by the end of the year.
Regarding publishing books in the field of the Holy Defense, Kargar concluded that publishing books in this subject have increased from 3.5% to 19%. 207
