Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Minister Saeed Namaki stated that Iran has made progress in producing vaccine for COVID-19 and reached its advanced level.

Iran Press/Iran News: Saeed Namaki Iran Health Minister added that vaccine production has passed animal testing patterns to human clinical trials.

"It is a complicated disease, yet there is no definite cure, method, or vaccine in the world for it.", the high ranking health official went on to say.

The minister stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran is the country that has never played favoritism to treat coronavirus patients, so all were treated equally.

Iran even has treated non-Iranians citizens particularly Afghan nationals infected with the COVID-19, Namaki noted.
