The Director-General of Crisis Management of Tehran Governorate announced the occurrence of 18 earthquakes in Firoozkooh since the early hours of this morning caused no injuries or financial losses in these incidents.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to Mansour Darajati, the crisis management teams are in full alert and ready following the Firoozkooh earthquakes, however, no cases of injury have been reported so far.

The 4-magnitude earthquake was the largest one and the rest of the aftershocks were below four magnitudes.

The epicenter was reported at 20 km from Firoozkooh, 23 km from Arjmand, and 41 km from Gilan province.

He called on the people to be vigilant while maintaining calm; saying that 18 earthquakes have been recorded in Firoozkooh since the early hours of this morning.

"The lowest strength of the earthquakes this morning has been less than 2 Richter and the highest is 4 Richter," he said. 212/ 104
