Golestan (IP) - The Commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters stressed non-oil exports as one of the measures that can increase the country's resilience to sanctions.

Iran PressIran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Friday in Golestan province, north of Iran, Saeed Mohammad said that the export of non-oil goods is of strategic importance.

Mohammad referred to the diversification of non-oil exports and said that there are good capacities for exports in the agricultural, industrial and mining sectors, to bring currency for the country.

Still, pointing to the inadequate level of traded exchange with the neighboring countries, he noted that border provinces with the cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can increase Iran's share in the export of non-oil goods to neighboring countries.

The Commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters told the IP correspondent that the headquarter has entered different areas including mining because Iran is one of the top 10 mining countries in the world, yet Iran's explorations from mines are one-tenth of the world's total.
