Iran Press/ Iran news: Ayatollah Khamenei met Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky, the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, and his wife on Saturday, while appreciating the efforts of him and his family, considered the increasing power of Islam in the world, despite the wide conspiracies, as the result of the struggles, and referred to the conditions of occupied Palestine and especially Gaza, stressing: "Today, one of the manifestations of the power of Islam is the developments that are happening in Palestine."
He emphasized: The cases of recent days in Palestine, especially the bombings and the martyrdom of women, children and men, hurt the human heart, but another part of these cases shows the incredible power of Islam in Palestine, and with the grace and mercy of God Almighty, this movement in Palestine has begun, it will continue and it will lead to the complete victory of the Palestinians.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution pointed out: Everyone in the Islamic world has a duty to help the Palestinian people.
Ayatollah Khamenei highlighted the formation of the Islamic system in Iran and the formation of a state based on the thought of political Islam after many centuries as one of the aspects of the power of Islam and underlined: "The Islamic Republic has become stronger exponentially since its establishment and will be stronger in the future."
The Leader called the Islamic activities in the world expanding day by day and added: "Today, the Islamic movement is expanding in different parts of the world such as Africa, Asia, Europe and North America, and with God's grace, the successes of this movement will continue with greater strength".
In another part of his remarks, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution called the meeting with Sheikh Zakzaky and his family very pleasing and addressed them: "You are an example of a true mujahid in the path of God and we hope that you will be able to continue your struggle in this path."
Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky, the leader of the Islamic movement in Nigeria, and his wife also expressed their great satisfaction at this meeting and called their feelings indescribable and said: "We hope that with your prayers and the efforts and struggles of Muslims, Islam will spread more and more day by day."
