YouTube removes Iran PressTV account

The American site of YouTube which now operates as one of Google's subsidiaries in a move against freedom of speech removed the account of Iran's English Speaking PressTV Channel.

Iran PressIran news:  Press TV UK with more than 28000 subscribers and more than thousands of Video posted on YouTube has been deactivated and removed, days after the assassination of Marty Lieutenant General Qasem Soleilmani who was the Commander of the Quds Force of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC).

The same approach has been taken by other US social networks including Instagram during which the pictures of Martyr Soleimani posted by the users have been removed.

The Late Commander of Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, who had traveled to Iraq on the official invitation of the Iraqi officials, was assassinated by the US in Baghdad on January 3, 2020, along with his companions.

Many countries, organizations, and groups have condemned the US terrorist act.

The US secretary of state Mike Pompeo confessed that he was involved in President Donald Trump's decision to assassinate Lieutenant General Soleimani.
