Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif stated that the US must reconsider its thought regarding the Middle East.

Iran Press/Asia: Speaking at the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi on Wednesday, Iran's Top Diplomat said the US approach regarding the Middle East needs to be changed.

When asked by News reporters on the developments in the Middle East region, Mohammad Javad Zarif said that the current situation between Iran and the US is very dangerous.

He also noted that the JCPOA was one of a kind among diplomatic deals which the US undermined and made it debilitated.

ISIS, US President Trump, and Secretary of State Pompeo are the only ones who are happy about the assassination of late Qods Force Commander Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani, Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said.

"Gen. Soleimani was the single most effective force against Daesh (ISIS) if you don't believe me see those are celebrating," he added.

"Who is celebrating the death of Soleimani? They are not ordinary people. In 430 Indian cities, they've mourned his death. Only two people are celebrating president trump and Pompeo and Daesh," Zarif added.

Zarif arrived in New Delhi on Tuesday on a 3-day visit to attend in the 5th edition of the annual Raisina Dialogue slated on January 14-16, 2020.
