The Head of the Supreme Committee of the Yemeni revolution, Mohammad Ali Al-Houthi, has stressed that the Zionist regime's demolition of Palestinian homes is a kind of "crime against humanity" and should also be considered as an act of Terrorism.

Iran PressMiddle East: The comment by the senior Yemeni politician comes following the Zionist regime's unprecedented series of demolitions of Palestinian homes in the southeast of occupied city of al-Quds on Monday.

The Zionist regime forces expelled Palestinians from their homes on Monday morning and destroyed tens of buildings in 'Wadi Al Hummus' neighbourhood in the southeast of occupied city of al-Quds.

According to the Iran Press news agency, more than 20 apartments belonging to the Palestinians were being targeted and have been destroyed.

The head of the National Committee to Resist the Wall and Settlements, Walid Assaf said that the recent demolition operation is the biggest war crime and biggest of its kind the Zionists have committed, being an unprecedented act since 1967.

On Sunday, the Zionist regime's court of appeal dismissed Wadi al-Hammas residents' appeal to reconsider the demolition of their homes.

The Israeli court has considered the homes, which are close to an Israeli separation wall, a security risk.
