Hundreds of Lebanese protesters demonstrated Monday evening for the third consecutive night on the streets of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.

Iran PressMiddle East: Demonstrators have voiced opposition to the possible formation of the government by resigned Prime Minister Saad Hariri.

After Mohammed al-Safdadi and Samir al-Khattib abstained from forming a government, speculation has risen in recent days about the possibility of Saad Hariri forming the government.

The demonstration became the scene of clashes between protesters and security forces.

Lebanese protests continue as Lebanese President Michel Aoun announced Monday that the parliamentary session to discuss Saad Hariri's government formation has been postponed until Thursday.

The popular demonstrations in Lebanon began on October 17th to protest the economic crisis and the widespread corruption in the country, especially in the financial sphere, which led to the resignation of Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri.
