Constitution Council Spokesman announced that the facilities of all bodies involved in upcoming elections should be provided to the candidates during the campaigns equally.

Iran PressIran news:  Attending his press brief on Jan.14, 2024, and in response to Iran Press, Hadi Tahan-Nazif said that in line with the implementation of Article 74 of the new election law to create electoral justice, the executive bodies of each province are required to submit a report of their facilities to the election headquarters for equal and qualified elections.

He made the remarks in talking to IP, noting: These capacities, including spaces and facilities, should be provided to the candidates in a fair manner for advertising.

CC agrees to hold elections electronically

The Constitution Council Spokesman announced that the Constitution Council agreed with the Interior Ministry's suggestion to hold electronic elections in some areas.

Hadi Tahan-Nazif said that in its recent meeting with some bodies, Iran's Interior Ministry proposed to hold electronic elections within the framework specified in Article 110 of the law, and the Constitution Council agreed.
