Iran Press/ West Asia: Regarding the status of the resistance after twenty-three years of Al-Aqsa Intifada, the spokesman of the Islamic Jihad movement Tariq Salmi shared with Iran Press that the capabilities of the Palestinian resistance in the West Bank, especially in Quds, are increasing.
Salmi noted that the Axis of the Resistance, backed by Iran, has been able to destroy the Zionist-American project at the Palestinian, regional, and international levels.
Salmi added that the al-Quds Brigades (AQB), the armed wing of Islamic Jihad (PIJ), have still destroyed the plots of the Zionist occupiers against the West Bank and Al-Aqsa Mosque after many years, and are fully prepared to counter the crimes of the Israeli regime.
He emphasized that the Al-Aqsa intifada is an extension of the stone and knife intifada because the Palestinian resistance, led by the Al-Quds Brigades, has been able to confront the Zionist invaders with missiles and other military equipment.
The spokesman of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad movement stated that the Palestinian resistance is preparing for a decisive battle against the Zionist enemy, and in the meantime, the field fronts of the Palestinian resistance and the resistance axis are united.
Today marks the 23rd anniversary of the Al-Aqsa Intifada, in which the Palestinian people took revenge after the butchery Prime Minister of the occupation, Ariel Sharon, stormed the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
