Iran Press/ Iran news: On Friday evening, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian on his personal page on Twitter about his interview with Josep Borrell, stated: "If the US and the three European countries think that they can generate leverage in the negotiation with pressure and interference, they are definitely wrong."
Earlier, Nasser Kanani, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, had emphasized: "American officials know that Iran is not willing to negotiate and make concessions under pressure and threats, the agreement has its own logic, and Iran's position toward the JCPOA negotiations is completely clear."
The talks on the revival of lifting sanctions on Iran have been prolonged by the Western parties' hesitations, especially the US, to compensate for the unilateral withdrawal of the US from the JCPOA.
After months of intensive talks in Vienna, the sanctions-lifting negotiations have reached a stage where if the United States of America, as a party violating the JCPOA, accepts Iran's reasonable demands and the requirements for the formation of a stable and reliable agreement, the final agreement will be reached.
The Islamic Republic of Iran stresses the verification of lifting sanctions, the guarantees regarding the permanence of the JCPOA, and the termination of the safeguard-related allegations by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as its main demands. 219
