Iran Press/ America: The two first Iranian tankers that discharged fuel last week departed over the weekend from state-run PDVSA’s ports.
The Fortune on Sunday set sail to its origin port, Iran’s Bandar Abbas, with an estimated arrival in July, while the Forest on Saturday departed from the Cardon refinery before switching off its satellite signal, Reuters reported.
The Islamic Republic of Iran has sent five fuel tankers to support the Venezuelan government and people, which are under US economic siege.
The shipments have caused a diplomatic standoff between Iran, Venezuela, and the United States as both nations are under US sanctions.
