Russian Envoy to Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov

Russia's Envoy to Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, has called for a settlement of disputes related to JCPOA within the framework of the Joint Commission.

Iran Press/Europe: Mikhail Ulyanov wrote in a Twitter message on Saturday: "The principled position of the Russian side is that all issues related to the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) must be resolved within the framework of the Joint Commission," adding that "We urge our partners not to lose these guidelines."

Following the action of the three European governments (Germany, Britain, and France) in presenting the draft resolution to the Council of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency, as well as the continued non-compliance with international obligations under the JCPOA and the Joint Commission, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, in a letter to EU foreign policy chief Joseph Borrell on Thursday, once again referred cases of non-compliance of European countries to the Joint Commission for Settlement under Article 36 of the JCPOA.

Earlier, in two other stages, the non-compliance of the United States and three European countries with Article 36 of the JCPOA was referred to the Joint Commission by the Islamic Republic of Iran which due to the non-settlement of these disputes, it led to a reduction in Iran's commitments in five steps.

With the adoption of the anti-Iranian resolution of the three countries of Britain, Germany, and France, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has recently called on Iran to abide by its commitments and co-operate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

The resolution was adopted on the basis of intelligence and espionage data from the Zionist regime, with the support of the three European countries participating in JCPOA and US pressure on the International Atomic Energy Agency.

The current behavior of this international body has shown that the IAEA has based its recent report on the claims of a third party and has not paid attention to Iran's constructive cooperation over the past four years.
