Iran, Ivory coast to cement ties

Iran's ambassador to Ivory Coast met the vice-president of the southwest African country and discussed bilateral ties.

Iran Press/Africa: Iran's Ambassador to Ivory Coast Kourosh Majidi held a meeting with the Vice-President of Ivory Coast Daniel Kablan Duncan to talk about the mutual interests, the bilateral ties and international considerations.

Referring to the long-standing relations between Iran and Ivory Coast, Majidi called for measures to develop and to cement bilateral economic cooperation as his most important mission in the African nation.

 He also stressed Iran's readiness to transfer technology to Ivory Coast in different fields.

In return, the vice-president of Ivory Coast expressed his satisfaction over having the meeting with Iran' s envoy and called for the active presence of Iran's investors and economic activists in the African country.
