Iran Press/ Middle East: Chief Executive of the Unity Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Abdullah Abdullah, expressed his condolences in a message on the assassination of Martyred Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, his family, companions, government and the people of Iran.
Abdullah Abdullah said: "The Islamic Republic of Iran is one of our neighbors and allies. It stood by our people during the jihad and the resistance. In the rebuilding phase, the years after the restoration of stability, it has supported Afghanistan and has hosted millions of our immigrants for years. "
Chief Executive of the Unity Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan concluded that the country, as a victim of terrorism and violence, is seeking the de-escalation in the regional and international relations and hopes that the recent events will not negatively affect the situation and the cooperation of our friends and allies in Afghanistan.
