Khorasan Razavi(IP)- The Acting Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Hossein Modarres Khibani called the inauguration of developmental plans in Iran as the clear message saying that contrary to the will of Iran's sworn enemies, and despite the sanctions and amid COVID-19 crisis Iran has not been stopped from further progress and development even for one moment.
