London (IP) - After announcing more than five hundred Israeli regime attacks on Syria since the fall of the government, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) in the UK announced in a report that the organization has fully documented more than 310 Israeli attacks on Syria’s economic and military infrastructure by the Israeli army since the fall of the Syrian government.

Iran Press/West AsiaImages published on social media and in some international media outlets show that the Zionist regime has targeted Syria’s economic and military infrastructure and facilities, including airports, naval and land military bases, aircraft, frigates, weapons and ammunition depots, research centers, and government buildings, with its extensive bombings, and has completely destroyed some of them.

Most of Syria’s advanced and expensive equipment, including air defense systems and other defense capabilities of the country, and the people’s capital, have been destroyed in the Israeli bombings.

In the shadow of the inaction of international institutions in continuing to support the Israeli regime, the Western media is trying to justify these aggressions and the destruction of the Syrian nation's capital, under the pretext that Israel has carried out these attacks out of concern and to prevent weapons from falling "into the hands of extremists."

The Western media is actively trying to describe these aggressions and the destruction of the Syrian nation's capital by reflecting the statements of the leaders of the Zionist regime on this matter as an action to reassure Israel of any possible danger from Syria.

In a statement, Katz, the Israeli Minister of Defense, announced that the goal of the Israeli army is "to destroy any strategic capabilities that threaten Israel." After bombing and destroying the Syrian naval fleet in the ports of Al-Bayda and Latakia, he also said that the operation to destroy the Syrian fleet was a "great success."

Tartus, Masyaf, Qusayr Kursing, Al-Mayadeen, Mount Qasioun, Damascus, and Khalkhala Airport are among the important areas where the Zionist regime has caused great destruction with its recent extensive attacks.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights considered the impact of these attacks to be the destruction of “all the capabilities of the Syrian army.”

In response to a question about the Israeli army’s attacks on Syrian soil, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said, “Israel only thinks about defending its citizens.”

The Israeli regime’s ground forces also violated the 1974 agreement and advanced deep into Syrian territory and close to areas controlled by Damascus, the country’s capital.

While independent media outlets are reporting that Israeli tanks are approaching Damascus, British media outlets are trying to cover it up or ignore this blatant violation of the agreement by Israel.

According to the 1974 agreement between Syria and the Israeli regime, the Golan Heights, covering an area of about 1,000 square kilometers, were supposed to be a buffer zone between Syria and Israel, but Israel unilaterally annexed the Golan in 1981.

This action was not recognized internationally, although the United States, during the first term of Trump's presidency in 2019, unilaterally recognized this illegal Israeli action as a clear violation of a UN-supervised agreement.

Meanwhile, the absolute silence of the current ruling group in Syria, Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, is also noteworthy. The group, which has repeatedly emphasized its goal of preserving territorial integrity, ensuring security and national capital in Syria, and protecting the Syrian resources and people, has completely ignored these widespread Israeli attacks on Syria. 204
