Iran Press/ Middle East: In a letter to the King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, sixteen international and Bahraini organizations stated that two Bahraini youths had been tortured and forced to confess, according to the "Bahrain Mirror" website.
Bahraini security forces arrested 33-year-old Hussein Ali Musa on February 21, 2014, and 37-year-old Mohammad Ramadan on February 18, 2014, on charges of assaulting police and participating in an explosion in the village of Al-Deir, which killed a police officer.
The Bahraini Criminal Court sentenced the two young men to death on December 20, 2014, and the Court of Appeals upheld their sentences in November 2015.
