Protesters rally in London, ask for freedom of Lt.Gen. Soleimani supporter

Protesters rally in London, ask for the freedom of a woman who supported Lt.Gen. Soleimani in social media.

Iran Press/Europe: The protesters carried banners with slogans in support of respect for freedom of expression and condemnation of the Kosovo government.

Ikballe Berisha Huduti, who lives in Kosovo, was arrested and transferred to a detention center about a month ago for publishing a note on Facebook in support of the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Quds Force, Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, Iran Press reported.

Police said that Ikballe Berisha Huduti, the founder of a now defunct pro-Islamic organization called Kur’ani, was arrested following an order from the prosecution and she will remain in detention for 48 hours awaiting a court decision.

“By killing the master of the house you have killed all members of the family, then revenge is obligatory but it has no border,” Huduti wrote, according to Pristina media which had screenshots of her postings.

Kosovo has been a strong supporter of the United States. When the Iranian general was assassinated, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said: “Kosovo stands firm in support of the US in its right to self-defense.”
