The Lebanese General Directorate of Public Security announced the reopening of the Al-Masna and Al-Aboudiyah crossings with Syria to facilitate the return of Lebanese who wish to return to their country.

Iran PressMiddle East: The Lebanese General Directorate of Public Security said on Saturday that according to the Lebanese Council of Ministers' decision on March 31st to return Lebanese refugees abroad, the land border with Syria will be reopened on the eighth and tenth of this month (September) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and the Lebanese can return their families who are in Syria and want to return to the country.

The Lebanese General Directorate of Public Security has repeatedly announced that it has reopened its land borders with Syria to Lebanese who wish to return to the country.

Combating the coronavirus, the Lebanese government announced to close its land borders in mid-March last year with Syria on March 22, coinciding with the first case of the disease reported in Syria.
