Iran Press/ Middle East: The people of Shabwah province opposed Mansour Hadi's ousted government and insisted on supporting a group called the Southern Transitional Council (STC).
The demonstration came as Yemeni Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik Saeed met with political groups and parties in Riyadh on Wednesday to form a government.
In late July, Saudi Arabia announced a new mechanism and agreement reached between the Hadi ousted government and the Transitional Council to implement the Riyadh agreement.
Abdrabbuh Mansur Hadi fled to Saudi Arabia in January 2015 and called on Al-Saud helping him to return to Sana'a, the capital, and to overthrow Ansarullah. Five years later, it is now more apparent than ever that Mansour Hadi's government is an example of a failed state.
The term 'failed states' is used to describe governments that have fallen short of some of their basic tasks and responsibilities to run a government. These kinds of states face tensions, disputes and belligerent conflicts in the realm of governmental authority, complications that initially lead to weakening, incapacity, and then bankruptcy.
