Iran Press/ Middle East: Following reports of an explosion in Dammam city, eastern Saudi Arabia on the Persian Gulf coast, Saudi Arabia confirmed a missile strike in the east of the country.
Saudi sources also reported several explosions in the eastern port city of Dammam.
The Saudi aggressor coalition also announced a missile strike on Najran in the south of the country minutes after confirming the attack on eastern Saudi Arabia.
The Saudi coalition, as usual, falsely claims to have intercepted ballistic missiles of the Yemeni army and popular committees before hitting the targets.
News sources, however, said several rockets hit the city of Dammam.
The city of Dammam is located on the shores of the Persian Gulf, and the most important Saudi oil facilities have been built near this city.
In the meantime; some news sources quoted local witnesses as saying that the facilities of the Saudi National Oil Company Aramco in the city of Dhahran had been closed due to a Yemeni rocket attack. Some news sources also claimed that the Aramco oil facility was attacked.
The Yemeni army has repeatedly stated that the positions, as well as the economic facilities of the aggressors, will be under the trget of missiles as long as their siege and aggression against Yemen continues.
The defense power of the Yemeni army and popular committees has been increased significantly despite the comprehensive siege of the country by the Saudi regime.
According to reports, this is the first such attack on eastern Saudi Arabia, whose oil production facilities are regularly attacked by drones and projectiles in the south of the country. 219
