The park's overall planned area is a million square meters, up from last year's 800,000 square meters. It is the largest in its 26-year history.
According to Iran Press, every year, Harbin, the capital of northeastern China's Heilongjiang Province, hosts a winter festival called "Ice City."
This year, the festival is themed "Winter Dream, Love in the Heart of Asia."
A giant 20-meter-tall snowman made from 4,000 cubic meters of snow was unveiled at the festival.
This year, the Harbin Winter Festival will feature ice sculptures inspired by the Harbin 2025 Asian Winter Games, which will be held in February and March of this year.
This year, the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival will be held in a park covering an area of 1 million square meters, making it the largest in the event's 26-year history.
