Iran Press/ Middle East: According to the official Syrian News Agency (SANA), local sources announced on Monday that a US military convoy consisting of 24 trucks carrying weapons and support equipment entered Syria through the Al-Waleed crossing in northeastern Syria.
Earlier, five armored vehicles with US military air support entered the area.
The illegal presence of US elements in eastern and northeastern Syria is due to the vast oil resources that have been repeatedly reported for looting Syrian oil from these areas.
The Syrian government has always insisted that the American presence in the region is illegal and will end this occupation.
