Amnesty: Act on Israeli Genocide

Amnesty International reported on Thursday that the Israeli regime has committed "genocide" against Palestinians since the beginning of the war on Gaza, calling the report a "wake-up call" for the entire world.

Agnès Callamard, Secretary General of Amnesty International, harshly criticized the international community's failure to pressure the Israeli regime to end its atrocities in Gaza and urged countries to move beyond mere expressions of regret and take strong, effective action.

Callamard went on to say that governments must stop expressing helplessness in ending this mass killing, which has allowed the Israeli regime to evade international law for decades. She stressed that countries should move beyond expressing regret and dissatisfaction and take strong, sustained international actions.
