Tehran (IP) - Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage and Tourism Mohammad Hossein Talebian stated that Uraman residents have unique values that should not be neglected.

Iran PressIran News: On the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony of the Uraman photo exhibition, Mohammad Hossein Talebian, in an exclusive interview with Iran Press, expressed that the values of Uraman village are not restricted to buildings but its people, their life, and their spiritual heritage.

Talebian referred to the hardworking people of Uraman and noted that they had made their life with lots of endeavors and close relationships with nature.

"They have created ecology, which is a deep meaning of cultural view," he highlighted.

The deputy minister noted that People are the best preservers, although various organizations should act in this way.

"Field evaluations have been conducted, and UNESCO representative will give reports," he concluded.

Uramanat or Hawraman, which is about to be listed as a World Heritage Site, is a tourist hub in the west of the country that includes 300 villages.

The area itself is 100,000 km, and the area around it is 300,000 km, which has a total area of 400,000 km and is spread in the two provinces of Kermanshah and Kurdistan in western Iran.
