After Arabs and Kurds' asylum seekers have clashed at Moria refugee camp in Greece on Friday, tensions between the two sides have intensified.

Greek authorities confirmed reports about confrontations between Arab and Kurdish migrants at Moria refugee camp.

Meanwhile, Greek authorities have refuted news that at least three Kurds had been killed and dozens injured at Moria refugee camp.

In the wake of Friday's conflict, hundreds of Kurds are believed to have left the camp to another location for security reasons.

Greece is poised to transfer thousands of refugees from overcrowded camps on its Aegean islands to the mainland amid escalating tensions in the facilities and protests from irate locals.
