Iran Press/ Iran news: A commemorating ceremony was held for IRGC commander Martyr Razi Mousavi on Saturday in Tehran with the participation of senior Iranian officials and high-ranking military figures including his colleagues in the Iran Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
IRGC Chief commander, Major General Hossein Salami, Brigadier General Ismail Qaani, commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps Quds Force, and other senior IRGC commanders participated in the ceremony.
Brigadier General Sayyid Razi Mousavi was assassinated in a terrorist attack by the Zionist regime in the Zainabiyah area of Damascus on Monday evening, December 25, 2023.
Attending the event, Iran's Foreign Minister in response to Iran Press emphasized that Martyr Razi Mousavi is one of the best and unique characters to keep national and regional security.
Considered the martyrdom of Commander Mousavi by treacherous Zionist aggression in Syria, Hossein Amir-Abdolahian pointed out that the martyr played a significant role in confronting the terrorist group in the region.
"Nothing can stop Iran from maintaining regional security and peace, Iran's Foreign Minister emphesized".
He pointed out that the assassination of Seyyed Razi Mousavi constitutes a new crime perpetrated by the Israeli occupation and adds to its record of crimes and aggressions.
He noted that Martyr Razi Mousavi and other martyrs' paths will be continued.
Commenting on Martyr Mousavi's assassination, he underlined that "there is no doubt that the Israeli occupation entity will pay the price for this crime."
Addressing Iran Press, the Iranian Foreign Minister stressed: "Let the enemies of religion and humanity know that their demise is inevitable, no matter how long it takes."

Also, for his part, Iran's Interior Minister, in response to Iran Press said that hat the criminal Israeli regime would face revenge for assassinating Martyr Mousavi, the regime that massacres the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
Ahmad Vahidi noted that the Zionist regime has frequently and steadily violated international law and regulations and has committed all kinds of crimes, and on Sunday, it did a cowardly and terrorist act.
