Iran Press/ Iran news: Brigadier General Sayyid Razi Mousavi was assassinated in a terrorist attack by the Israeli regime in the Zainabiyah area of Damascus on Monday evening, December 25, 2023.
On the sidelines of the commemoration ceremony of Martyr Sayyed Razi Mousavi, which was held in Tehran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said, "Martyr Sayyed Razi Mousavi was one of the best and he worked honestly and sincerely to ensure maximum national and regional security in the fight against terrorism and Zionism."
The Iranian top diplomat, stating that the path of Sayyed Razi Mousavi will continue without a doubt, noted: "The criminal Zionist regime assassinated him in a cowardly way, but the assassination will not detract from the goals of the Islamic Republic of Iran to ensure maximum security in the region and our country. It will make us more determined in this direction."
He added: "The Zionist regime has suffered two defeats in the past 80 days; the first defeat was on the 7th of October. On this day, Israel collapsed in the political and security dimensions in every sense, and the second defeat also was due to the collapse in the military dimensions with the resistance of Gaza in the last 80 days."
