Iran Press/ Asia: During a meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday, Seyyed Mohammad Ali Hosseini outlined the importance of developing relations between the two countries and taking serious steps to increase the volume of bilateral trade exchanges, using various mechanisms, bartering in particular.
Hosseini also voiced Iran's readiness to increase cultural cooperation with Pakistan.
The Ambassador to Islamabad further elaborated on Tehran's latest efforts to contain the coronavirus outbreak and cooperation with international organizations to overcome the crisis.
Imam Khan, for his part, emphasized the importance of Pakistan's bilateral relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
He stressed the need to boost tourism relations and develop the tourism industry between Iran and Pakistan.
