Tehran (IP)- The provisional Leader of Tehran Friday Prayers, Ayatollah Kazem Seddighi, stated that the Al-Aqsa Flood operation, launched by Hamas against the Israeli regime, foiled a joint plot by the Zionists and the West to normalize relations between the Tel Aviv regime and Islamic countries in the region, thereby expanding their colonialism.

Iran PressIran news: Ayatollah Seddighi made the remarks during his sermon at the Friday prayers in Tehran.

He emphasized that the operation cast an irreparable blow to the liberal democracy of the West and the Israeli regime.

The  Friday Prayers Leader hailed the efforts of the late President Ebrahim Raisi for the country's progress.

He also wished the upcoming presidential election would be as successful as possible.

The Al-Aqsa Flood operation, launched by Hamas, has been seen as a significant blow to the Israeli regime and a major challenge to its dominance in the region.

The operation has also been viewed as a major victory for the Palestinian resistance movement and a testament to its ability to resist Israeli aggression.
