Iran Press/West Asia: During a recent address, Abbas emphasized that these takfiri organizations receive support from various regional and international countries, which provide them with logistical and military assistance. He remarked, "Our battlefield situation is good, and our armed forces have redeployed in order to preserve lives."
Abbas pointed out that following the redeployment of Syrian forces outside Hama, insurgent groups have attempted to misrepresent the situation through media channels. He warned that these organizations might issue false or forged statements purportedly from the Army or Armed Forces, including manipulated audio or video recordings.
"What occurred in Hama today was purely a temporary tactical procedure; our forces are still in the vicinity," he asserted. He urged the Syrian people to remain patient and resilient, assuring them that restoring security to areas occupied by armed groups remains a top priority for the government.
The Minister's comments come amid escalating tensions as the terrorist groups have recently made significant gains in Hama and Aleppo, raising concerns about their advancing influence in the region.
