Raisi stated that African countries have huge wealth, resources, talents, and capacities that can be exchanged with the great capacities that have been created thanks to the Islamic Revolution and the presence of people in Iran, and stated, "One of the best areas for cooperation that exists in the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran today is African countries that have good capacities and these countries are interested in cooperation with Iran".
