Sheikh Isa Ghassem: No one entitled to confiscate Bahraini nation's viewpoint

Sanna(IP): The Leader of Bahrain's Islamic movement warned that no one would have the right to confiscate the viewpoint of the nation and cannot impose itself on them as their representative.

Iran PressMiddle East: Ayatollah Sheikh Issa Qasim, Bahraini Shia leader, issued a statement, saying: "Any solution for Bahrain national problem should lead to justice and stability in the country."

Issa Qasim added: "If the given government would respect its own nation, consider the national interest and would make a serious decision to reform the situation it should hold dialogue with other sides so that necessary reform needed by Bahrain would be made."

Bahraini senior Shia cleric stressed that any dialogue to be done on behalf of the nation should be by someone determined by the nation and anyone who wanted to show his honesty and loyalty to the people and nation and all national groups should strive for the inclusive and honest solution of the critical issues and problems.

Sheikh Issa Qasim's remarks come as Bahrainis have been protesting in recent days against the normalization of relations with the Israeli regime and the appointment of the country's ambassador to occupied Palestine by the Al Khalifa regime.

Bahrain has been witnessing a confrontation with the Al-Khalifa regime since February 14, 2011. The Al-Khalifa regime, with the support of Saudi forces, is suppressing the peaceful demonstrations of the Bahraini people.
