Iran Press/ Iran news: The Anthropology Museum was a caravanserai with a 600 year-history dating back to the Timurid historical period, and it has 9 booths in which 17 traditional jobs in Khorasan region are on show.
The traditional occupations of mat weaving, purple weaving, dyeing, carpet weaving, spinning, shoemaking, coppersmithing, blacksmithing, stonemasonry, and perfumery are on display at the Shandiz Anthropological Museum.
Shandiz Anthropology Museum is considered as one of the historical and tourist attractions of Khorasan Razavi province by tourists and history researchers, and in 2019, 5,000 tourists visited this museum.
