Two Saudi officials have claimed that Iran is responsible for alleged attack on Saudi oil pumping stations.

Iran Press/Middle East:  Saudi Arabia’s deputy defence minister on Thursday claimed that Iran has allegedly ordered an attack on Saudi oil pumping stations which Yemen's Houthi has claimed responsibility for.

Prince Khalid bin Salman, a son of King Salman has twitted to put blame on Iran over allegedly using of the Houthis as a 'tool' for its political purposes, reported Iran Press.

Other Saudi officials Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Adel al-Jubeir was another Saudi official who fired off similar tweets calling the Houthis as the integral part of Iran's IRGC forces.

The remarks of the two Saudi officials came on the same day when Chairman of Yemen’s Supreme Revolutionary Committee said that Tuesday's attack on the oil pipeline in Saudi Arabia did not have a link with Iran.

Mohammed Ali al-Houthi said that Ansarullah forces have been fighting against the Arab-aggressive coalition led by Saudi Arabia and backed by the US for four years and their war is not on behalf of Iran.

Talking to BBC News he added: "Iran does not play any role in deciding to Houthi forces attack in Saudi Arabia. We are not Iran's agent and the only thing we want is to prevent violence. If Saudi stops the invasion and siege of the Yemeni people, we will stop our rocket attacks too, we decide on ourselves."

Muhammad Ali al-Houthi said that even a piece of bread could not cross the siege of the Saudi coalition, responding to question asked if Iran could smuggle rockets to Yemen.

He said the attack on the Saudi Arabian pipeline was carried out with a drone made by Houthi forces in Yemen as a response to crimes committed by Saudi Arabia and its allies during more than four years of war in support of the government.
