Putin emphasized the importance of joint efforts in constructing an "equal indivisible security system" and proposed expanding collaboration in various areas, such as personnel training and joint command-staff exercises.

He also anticipated signing significant agreements and export contracts during the forum.

Furthermore, Putin highlighted Russia's intention to develop a new independent, science-intensive, high-tech industry. He urged attention toward innovative civilian products from defense industry enterprises, including boats, helicopters, amphibians, and drones suitable for diverse applications.

Russia aims to offer its partners a wide range of modern weapons encompassing advanced control systems, intelligence capabilities, high-precision weaponry, and robotics.

Putin expressed hope that the forum would contribute to strengthening military and military-technical partnerships for security and stability in the emerging multipolar world.
