Iran Press/ Europe: Russia's special envoy for Afghanistan at the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow still does not recognize the Taliban as Afghanistan's legal authority.
Zamir Kabulov, Russia's Special Representative for Afghanistan and Director of the Second Asia Division at the Russian Foreign Ministry, confirmed that Moscow is ready to cooperate with the transitional government in Afghanistan.
