Iran Press/ Iran news: Saeed Khatibzadeh, in a press conference on Monday and in response to a question raised by Iran Press correspondent about the reason for the change of venue, while calling the move a normal one, said: "What is happening in these talks is a discussion about two or three cases of lifting sanctions and it could be in any country and it has no other sign."

In a tweet, Mr.Josep Borrell called for the release of EU citizens and whether the trip had any unintended consequences.
Khatibzadeh said: "Other issues were raised during this trip, including consular talks."
