Tehran (IP) - The public session of the parliament started a few minutes ago chaired by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the speaker.

Iran PressIran news: The seventh cultural, social, and economic development plan of the country was presented to the parliament by Ebrahim Raisi, the president of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The open session of the parliament started on Sunday morning in the presence of the Iranian President, Ebrahim Raisi.

Speaking at this session, Iran's president called the Iranian seventh quinquennial development program people-oriented, focusing on studying the damages of the previous plans and aimed at solving problems.

Raisi said that the seventh quinquennial development program is focused on the damages experienced in the previous plans based on the 134th principle so that they would be prevented in the program.

He further explained that in the program there are 3 documents focused on three important areas:

Raisi further stated: "This program is significant because it is people-oriented and it is based on public contribution.

Raisi then stressed: "If we designate and define the roles of the people and give them opportunity to play their role, all of the issues and problems are solved."
