Iran PressIran news: According to Iran press, Ebrahim Raisi on Monday, while speaking during the opening ceremony of the Phase 11 of Iran’s South Pars Joint Gas Field, in Asaluyeh, considered the launch of this phase to be a big and lasting step in Iran's oil and gas industry and said:

Today, we should be proud that not only the country's oil industry is no longer dependent on the presence of foreign advisers, but the capabilities of the oil industry experts have reached a level that the Islamic Republic as a powerful and technological country is comparable to other countries especially the countries under the cruel sanctions of the domineering system providing technical and engineering services to them.

"The implementation of this project by capable experts took place while the foreign companies that were parties to the contract had abandoned their obligations under the pretext of sanctions and the country was under the most severe sanctions." stated Raisi

The president called the transfer of the gas platform from phase 12 of the vast South Pars field to this field and the launch of this project three years earlier than the time required for the implementation of such a project as other special features of this project and added: significant financial savings have also been achieved in the implementation of this plan.

President Raisi considered the implementation of this project as a complex technical operation and in a way unique and income-generating for the country and stated:

"By launching this phase, a significant part of our country's rights will be restored from the common fields, and therefore it is due to the efforts of all employees and I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the oil industry in this sector and the patience of their families."

Pointing out that the production of seven million cubic meters of this phase will increase to more than 50 million cubic meters, the President stated: "Today, measures and plans in the field of oil and gas and energy in general in Iran are followed with high motivation."
